A Reading for 2024

We are in a window of time for opportunity.

In 2024 we step into the year of the wood dragon (officially on Feb 10th). It is a year of learning and expansion. It is a year of discovering how we grow our capacity to transform.

2023 was the year of the water rabbit. Much more subterranean in nature with huge flows for emotional and spiritual growth.

Whatever came as a challenge became an opportunity to change or to remain the same.

The lessons learned and the seeds sewn from this year will determine how you will meet the growth pains and opportunities coming in for you in 2024.

What is your capacity to meet adversity with an open mind, open heart?

How do you transform through the face of your current struggles – do you turn a blind eye? Or do you look directly into the heart of the matter with courage?

How you embrace your fears, demonstrate your vulnerability, and embody courage, will largely determine the quality of experiences you will have.

Above all, may you have patience and foresight for what is to come, what will shape you, and continue to show you who you are in the face of great obstacles and opportunities.

These go hand-in-hand, and will yield successes or tragedy, depending upon your point of view. Keep your gaze sharp and open to the bigger picture while you steady the ride towards your goals.

The fiery dragon wants you to build towards greater substance with fuel in the tank and a passionate heart.

Notice where you feel out of bounds, where you may tend to overextend, and pull the reigns back on your ability to feel everything.

Keep focus on what is yours to tend to, while also keeping a compassionate heart for others who may be struggling with this next level of growth and expansion.

You have the courage to meet yourself, and others, in the flames of a true heart. Stay the course. Observe. And with due diligence choose wisely. Choose true. Choose with new eyes to see that anything remains possible.
