Receiving support requires our softening.
There are plenty of reasons why we become hardened in our lives and it is easy to forget that our most viable resources reside within us. Feeling depleted and stuck is one of the ways our body lets us know it is time for a re-set. Exhaustion is a physical substance that can mar our ability to see clearly and act with self-assuredness. When we are exhausted we can cycle through our days feeling over (or under-) whelmed, frustrated and confused.
A shift in awareness is always possible, yet lasting change requires both a closer look and regular action. When considering how we manage our energy we consider the patterns of give and take we are in. One of the most powerful allies is our own body. Our body magnificently houses our sensory wisdom. Our senses connect us to Spirit which in turn affects feelings of alignment. If the very substance of life is fluid, moving, and vibrant, and we too wish to be fluid, moving and vibrant, we must devote time and practice to becoming so.
We cannot simply think it, we must feel it. When you are locked down in stress, worry, doubt, fear, anger your ability to sense the wisdom in the flow of life is limited.
The key here is to pause, notice the information that is coming through? The act of becoming aware of your body in a moment of presence can induce an incredibly efficient relationship with your inner knowing of right balance, right action. Your intuition is sensitive and powerful. Dialoguing with your intuition means translating the subtle messages your senses are sending you.
Accessing higher knowledge about your Self means actually paying attention.
Moving into alignment means taking action on the truth of what is revealed. When we touch into subtle realms it does not have to be complicated. What is necessary is the purity of our connection. Notice the places within yourself where you feel pain. Ask “What may my body be holding on to that is no longer necessary?” What do I wish to release?” "In what ways do I block the flow of support?” "What fear might be there that needs quelling and care?"
As you feel acknowledge a few adjustments that you can make to allow a softening.
